If the waterfalls become icy or significant rains, the waterfalls become dangerous—fortunately, several covered areas, including a magnificent covered bridge at DuPont State Forest. The bottom of Triple Falls is generally incredibly safe for a waterfall.
Another great thing about this area is several other waterfalls within short walking distances, including Hooker Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and High Falls.
