If you are staring at damage instead of a build, that is a different job with a different clock. We document storm, fire, and water loss for property owners, contractors, and adjusters using drone, rope access, and 360, built the way claims files want to receive it.
Questions we get
It depends on how fast the job moves. Larger commercial sites usually run weekly or biweekly. Smaller or single-trade jobs are often fine monthly. The one rule we stand by is not letting active work go more than about thirty days without a visit, because that is when concealed work disappears and the record gets a hole in it. We will help you set a cadence that fits the schedule.
Your superintendent is running the job, not building a documentation archive, and phone photos tend to be scattered, inconsistent, and hard to find later. We shoot the same vantage points every visit, in proper light, and hand back an organized, labeled, searchable record. It is the difference between a camera roll and a file you can actually pull from in a meeting.
