Yes. Our FAA Part 107 drone covers the full roof without a person on an unstable surface, and our trained rope-access technician reaches steep, tall, historic, or tree-shaded areas where a drone cannot see up close. Between the two, we document what a ground-level ladder walk cannot, safely.
The record is content-accurate: no object removal, no material alteration of what the image shows. Capture date and time stay embedded where the camera and workflow allow. We keep the imagery clean so it holds up when a reviewer looks at it later. What that record means for a claim is for the licensed or retained professionals to determine, not us.
